How to add a document type to the purchase suggestion form?
Example:
I would like to add “music CD”.
and edit “video game (Xbox)” for “video game”.
Simply edit your authorized value list.
1. Go to Administration > Authorized values
2. Search the category an select: “SUGGEST_FORMAT”
3. Click on “New authorized value for SUGGEST_FORMAT”
4. Fill in the boxes: «Authorized value» and «Description» with the required information
(the information in the 2 different boxes can be identical)
5. Click on « Save »
